Photo Gallery 2011Here is just some of the amazing things that the Lepperton School children have recently been involved with ...... enjoy!
Above you can see the Junior and Senior children having fun playing soccer for their houses Elsham, Manutahi, Richmond, Cross and Wortley. It is always awesome to see everyone getting stuck in and to hear them cheering each other on!. An extra well done to Richmond who are top of the points board at the moment!
Room 3 have been busy making musical instruments and frogs out of paper plates after reading the book Watch Me!
The Junior Room has been exploring the use of colour, tone and texture.
Room 3 have been exploring shapes.
These beautiful light houses have been done by Room 1 & 2 who have been looking at light sources and how light travels in a straight line.
A group of Room 56 students worked with a local art adviser to create some amazing artwork. They thought of an event in their life that was significant and sketched it with pencil. They then transferred it to a pastel image before again transferring it to a piece of card which they then scored with a blade. They then ran it through a printing press to create their final piece of art.
Room 4 have been creative using natural resources to form patterns.
