Our Vision

1. Lepperton School is a high achieving school that focuses on developing successful learners through Key Competencies.
2. Our learners will be taught the competencies (skill, attitude, knowledge) that will liberate them to self-manage their learning.
3. Respect for one's self and for others is crucial to developing positive relationships.  We are a "Caring and Sharing" school.  We seek to develop a shared culture and vision for all.
4. All learners are successfully able to access the New Zealand Curriculum, as evidenced by progress and achievement in relation to The Key Competencies and The National Standards.
5. National Standards and The Key Competencies are used effectively to support improvement in learning outcomes.  Learners have ownership of their learning and how to achieve in these areas.
